A wood-burning fireplace completes the large downstairs entertaining area, which also includes a gorgeously appointed dining area. A double set of large sliding doors seamlessly connect the inside with the new outdoor living area. The outdoor space features a three-hole putting green and bocce ball court, a spacious built-in BBQ and dining area equipped with a cozy fire pit. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms including another large, primary suite with a full bathroom (tub/shower), walk-in closet, desk, and garden views.
