The spacious living room has two seating areas with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV and sliding door to the back yard. Take in a good book on the patio while enjoying the fresh landscaping and mature oak trees. The galley kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator along with a cozy 2-person table and side-by-side washer and dryer. The formal dining room seats 6. Down the hall, the primary bedroom also has a door to the back patio as well as a smart TV and en suite bathroom with single vanity and stall shower. Along with 2 twin beds, the second bedroom contains a desk suitable for remote work, while the second bathroom contains a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Separate Zen/Yoga studio offers private space for meditation, reading, relaxation, or...yoga! Mats included. There is a carport for one vehicle, plus additional driveway and street parking. Wi-Fi.   Situated just a few blocks from town and the ocean, this 2bed/2bath suited us perfectly. We loved walking through the charming neighborhoods, hiking the Mission Nature trails and along the beach path at sunset, bbq-ing and lounging on the back patio under the canopy of stunning oaks, dining Al fresco at the wonderful restaurants/cafes in town, and falling in love with dog-friendly Carmel. The cottage was also convenient to local shopping and a great home base to explore the rest of the Monterey Penninsula from Big Sur to Seaside.

  My husband and I are locals but needed a place for 2 months during our home remodel. We felt very fortunate that this home came available just in time! Lori, at San Carlos Agency, was the best person to work with and just so lovely! The home was very clean, smelled fresh and had everything we needed. We even brought our 25 pd dog along and the back yard was perfect. Plenty of parking too! It’s a 1/2 mile to town and a 1/2 mile to the beach. We walked everywhere, Hopefully the house being built next door will be finished soon.
