“Upside” - Quaint Carmel-by-the-Sea 3 bedroom (queen, twins, twins), 2 bath beach house -- only one block to Carmel Beach!   Close to town and next to walkway to Carmel Beach. L-shaped living/dining room combination with fireplace, wood floors & area rugs; opens to deck with ocean views. Kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, gas range & microwave. Primary bedroom has queen, ocean views & bath (shower). Guest bedrooms, located at other end of house, each have twins. Bath off hall (tub/shower).  Outdoor living is easy with large, fenced yard and seating on 3 levels.  Washer/dryer. Carport & off-street parking.  Pet considered (at owner discretion).  NO SMOKING.  30 NIGHT MINIMUM. PROPERTY CODE:  WOODM

  We love this place! Location is outstanding and layout of bedrooms is excellent for guests.
  While it is not modern it is very comfortable and the perfect distance from the ocean! Large lot gives you privacy from neighbors. One minute from Scenic Drive walking path!

  We have stayed in this perfectly situated house one block up from the ocean for 15 years now. It has an ocean view but without cars or power lines in front of you! Good layout with MBR and bath on one side of the house and other 2 bedrooms and bath at the other side. Large yard and good spacing from neighbors' houses. We love this comfortable house!
