Fall in love with this adorably charming two-story 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath Carmel Point cottage on a large, cypress-studded lot one block from Carmel River Beach!  Living room has vaulted beam ceilings, hardwood floors, TV,  and conversation area around a large stone fireplace. The large, sunny kitchen has a microwave, gas range, dishwasher, a pine table that seats 4 & washer/dryer.  A small patio off the kitchen offers a grill and table/chairs, perfect for dining alfresco. The primary bedroom (king) is on the first floor and overlooks beautifully-landscaped front yard and Carmel stone patio. Upstairs features the guest bedroom with x-long twins and a 1/2 bath. The small single garage is currently not available for guest use, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway.  Wi-Fi.   This is a well kept vintage cottage. Nice great room, spacious kitchen (unusual in Carmel) and a large garden. The location is superb, 1/2 block from beautiful Carmel River Beach. San Carlos is a very good rental agency.

  My family and I stayed in rental VUKSL for a week in Carmel. The home was clean and well maintained -- a picturesque Carmel cottage. It had a large kitchen that was well stocked and well suited for cooking. My two young boys loved their upstairs bedroom. It is in a wonderful location in Carmel Point - within walking distance to Carmel River beach and Carmel beach; and a short drive into town. Carmel has wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries. We had a small issue with the house, and San Carlos Agency was quick to respond and ensured it was taken care of. I appreciate their hard work and their care to make sure we had an enjoyable time. We love Carmel, and plan to return soon. We hope to be able to rent VUKSL again.
