Dining table with seating for six.  Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, disposal, gas range, microwave.  Primary bedroom has a king bed and sliding doors looking out to front pond.  Primary bathroom equipped with tub/shower.   Off kitchen is small, glassed-in patio.  DOWN OUTSIDE STAIRS:  Nice lawn and patio area.  Two bedrooms (queen in one; three singles in other) separated by a bathroom with a shower stall.  (Each has its own door accessed from the outside)  Laundry room also located downstairs.  Single garage.  Close to beach!  WiFi. Please note: Home is not equipped with standard cable television. App based streaming only. Pet considered. NO SMOKING.

  We had a nice stay at Play Misty. The views were good, kitchen was well stocked and location was great. There were some issues with the quality of the home, however. The doors were all VERY hard to open, there wasn’t anything you could do / use in the backyard and the back patio was not very useable either. The views and location were lovely.

  We enjoyed this funky, eccentric little place. It was obviously built and designed by someone with an artistic and out-of-the-box imagination. The downstairs bedrooms (via outdoor staircase) are an after-thought, but work if you need beds for guests. The views from the upstairs (living room/kitchen) are great, and it's a two-minute walk to the beach.

  The house looks like a an old ship complete with portal windows. Great funky vibe, with loads of character. There is good light on the main floor, and great views of Carmel Bay.
