Enjoy the sunshine and sound of the surf while grilling on the deck of this 2 bedroom (King, Queen & bonus twin), 2 bath comfortable Carmel-by-the-Sea home. Centrally located, just a short walk to the beach and town and close to the Pacific Repertory Theater and Sunset Center, your car might be the only thing that doesn’t get out much! Large front deck is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Spacious, landscaped backyard features a raised deck with Weber propane grill and strung soft lighting for outdoor dining. This recently updated, one-level home (entrance is up about 15 steps from the driveway level) has a good sized living room with hardwood floors, sectional couch, high speed Wi-Fi internet, smart TV with full cable package, DVD player, and a gas log fireplace. Warm oak dining table seats 6-8.  The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with breakfast table, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, 4-burner electric cook-top and oven. Primary bedroom has a king bed, dressing area and en suite bath (tub/shower).  Guest bedroom (Queen bed plus a bonus single/twin size bed) has access to the guest bath off the hall (tub/shower). Laundry room (washer/dryer) is off of kitchen.  Parking in driveway (Garage is not available for guest use).  Pet negotiable.  NO SMOKING.  30 NIGHT MINIMUM.  PROPERTY CODE:  PACKP

  The change of the new gas range from the old electric one was a tremendous benefit. The de-cluttering to the pots and pans was also a nice change. There would not not be any recommended changes as far as we're concerned.
