Location, location, location!  Enjoy this charming, privately located 1 bedroom (queen)/1 bath condo in the heart of downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea.  Hardwood floors throughout give this home a clean, open feel. Living room has a gas log fireplace, large Smart 3D flat screen TV, sectional couch with a queen size pull out bed, and dining area with seating for 4.  Bright updated kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, disposal, microwave.  Bedroom has a queen bed, a Smart 3D TV and Blue Ray and spa like bathroom (tub/shower) with Italian tile flooring and sconce light fixtures.  Great downtown location--walk to shops and restaurants! Wi-Fi.  Parking for one car in underground garage.  Communal washer/dryer also in garage basement.   (Building has security doors--about 10 steps up from the street. Unit is on the top floor.) NO PETS.  NO SMOKING.  30 NIGHT MINIMUM.  PROPERTY CODE:  MARSR

  Good location to downtown. Well renovated condo interior with comfortable bed, etc. Very clean. Unusual condo complex design with many steps and some noise.

  We enjoyed working with the San Carlos Agency. They were very professional and helpful. The small condo is in a perfect location for us. We can walk everywhere in the village very easily. We’ve rented for two years in March and hope to return.

  This 1 bedroom condo was absolutely perfect! Being on the 2nd floor, there was always lots of light and privacy through the expansive windows. The space is well laid out, furniture is beautiful and cozy and the amenities were modern. All that plus garage parking in downtown Carmel?? What more could you want? I would come back in a heartbeat!
