Upper level: Large, carpeted living room features huge windows (almost floor to ceiling) looking out to views of Carmel Bay and Pebble Beach, high beam ceilings, gas-log fireplace, flat screen TV, and game table. Dining area is off the living room, seats 6-8, and opens through French doors to protected back patio (perfect for windy afternoons) with table and chairs. Compact, well-equipped kitchen is off the dining area and includes refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, disposal and microwave.  Primary bedroom is also on this level with a king bed, TV, and French doors which also open to back patio. Primary bath is equipped with a tub/shower.  Downstairs (entry level): Guest suite features a king bed, TV and bath (tub/shower) off the entry hall. Washer / dryer located under stairs in small laundry room.  Double garage used as game room with a table tennis game. Plenty of parking in large paved driveway.   Over the past five years we have spent a month along the Central/Southern California coast during the winter. As former scuba divers and members of the Monterey Aquarium we enjoy our time along the ocean. Two years ago we were fortunate to be able to stay our month at Bay Echo. We stayed almost a month this year before the worsening Coronavirus situation forced us home. We already have our dates reserved for next year, should the fates prove willing. The home is on Carmel Point only one block from Scenic Drive, the Carmel beach, and just a few more blocks to the Carmel River beach. The home is well maintained with wonderful ocean views from the living room/dining room. The backyard is fenced which makes it wonderful for staying there with our dog. We look forward to our return next year!
