“Ocean House” – Walk to town and the beach from this very cute, south of Ocean Avenue, 2 bedroom (queen, queen), 1 bath cottage.  Enter the home through an English country garden, through the custom arched doorway, and into a cozy living room. Living room has open beam ceilings with skylights, wood floors, plenty of seating, wood burning fireplace, and pine armoire with flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining area is off the left side of the living room with a country pine dining table that seats 6. French doors open to spacious back brick patio with BBQ. Bright kitchen is also right off the dining area and is equipped with a gas range and microwave (no dishwasher or disposal) and laundry room with washer/dryer. Both bedrooms (queen/queen) are located off the right side of the living room and are both carpeted.  Primary bedroom has a small TV.  Bathroom is off the hallway between the bedrooms and has a single pedestal sink and a tub/shower combination. Garage is not available for guest use, but there is room for parking two cars in the driveway, plus additional street parking.  Wi-Fi.  **Please note: No standard cable television at this home.
